No Borders after upgrade...

	I tried upgrading my gallery a while ago using a downloaded version, 0.9.9 i believe the core was.... It worked, but no "theme" borders would show up. No text was formatted, it was just regular text, and my gallery images did show up. After trying to upgrade to the latest beta release, it does the same thing. 	if you have any local templates (tpl files) the remove them and run site admin / maintenance / flush templates, or rebuild local tpls from current tpls. check the url for the css in the html source of your page (you didn't post the url..) and see if anything looks wrong..

	The thing is that I even deleted all of my gallery2 files from the folder, not the g2data folder though. And it still does this..
