Dynamic creation of an album/nested album by another script

I have created a dynamic PHP web site and the website is made up of reviews of rivers (for kayaking).

How would I go about creating a script that creates a new album/sub-album whenever a new review is made (with the same name as the review). I wish to associate the album/sub-album with the review.

I would be grateful for any help or to be pointed in the right direction.
