.htaccess problem =(

	Ok, did a seperate post only becasue the other one though it was close to mine, wasnt the same problem. Im running or trying to configure the gallery and the only problem is I cant get a .htaccess file. I can have it htaccess.txt but try to rename it to .htaccess gives me an instant error that I cant have it as a filename. Im running on windows xp pro. Also, Im copying these straight to the server since the server is on my computer (Apache that is) so No ftp. Any way around this? 	Turn off window's "hide file extensions" maybe? Try opening the file in notepad, do save as and select "all types" then when it says "filename.txt" change it entirely to ".htaccess"
