Issue with my installation - appears I am missing files

Hello. I just finished installing Gallery 2.0 alpha 4.

This is the following error I am getting:
http://www.druidsfoot.com/gallery2/main.php

I've tried searching to see if I could find someone that had the same issue I am having - but no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

site comes up fine.
i recommend you install a recent nightly snapshot instead of alpha-4.
