Warning when photos added

Hi,

I'm using Gallery 1.3.1 for the first time. I created an album and when I added a few photos, I got this warning message above and below each photo:

Warning: Failed opening 'html_wrap/inline_albumthumb.header.default' for inclusion (include_path='') in /usr/www/users/photojpn/gallery/util.php on line 466

Also, the gallery page shows no thumbnail for the album, and it shows the same warning as above instead of a thumbnail.

And when I click on the album title, the file is not found. I cannot view the album at all.

How can I fix this?

Thank you!

I also found that inline_gallerythumb.frame.default was truncated to inline_gallerythumb.frame.defau. So I renamed that too. (I untarred Gallery with Mac OS 8.6.)
