Problems with gallery remote and uploading many pictures

I have a problem with Gallery Remote and Uploading Pictures. The upload stops after about 15-20 pictures. I have to stop the upload, start it again and stop it again. After the second klick on "upload pictures" Gallery Remote transfers the nex 15-20 pictures to the server.
I have no message in any logfile.

Anybody else had this?

Yes, I have been having the same probs as well. I have been trying to upload about 1000-5000 pics at a time (50-250K a peice) and it has been going past 1, but shortly after that it will just hang and spin its wheels indefinately.

UPDATE:

I tried that with setting my proxy in Gallery-Remote and it worked then....
