"Next" doesn't work properly?

I finally got my G1 albums imported, but now I've run into another problem. It seems for any album, when using either the classic or matrix layout, the "next" link doesn't work properly once you get past the 6th image in the album - it will always link back to the 6th image, with the exception of the second-to-last image, which will have the link pointed at the 7th image in the album.

This album serves as an example - any image past the one named "ADF_-_Duality_1600" will have its "next" link pointed to that image, except for "Utada_Hikaru_-_1_v2_1600_x_1200", which will link to "ADF_-_Heart_of_Darkness_1600".

Switching to Hybrid will get rid of the problem, but I don't much like it, and would prefer to use Matrix - showing a 640 x 480 version first is important.

Any insight on this problem?

I did not understand what is the solution. I have the same problem. Not always, but sometimes. And I can't figure out why.

unless you have a nightly snapshot from one of the 2 days where this bug existed, you do not have the same problem.

Thank You mindless for You answer. I upgraded today to gallery2.0.4 so maybe everything will work fine. The upgrade worked ok but now I check maintnance in the site admin,and it still shows current version gallery2.0.1? do u know y?
