Upload Photo Problem with Gallery 2

I just installed Gallery 2 on my server, and cannot upload photos using either the Upload Applet, or Gallery Remote 1.4.1 (which still works with my Gallery 1.x on the same server).

The error message I get is "HTTP POST Failed (HTTP 405 Method Not Allowed)"

There's nothing in the error logs on my server.

Gallery version: CVS gallery2-2005-02-09 (but had same problem with Gallery 2, Alpha 4
Apache version: 1.3.33
PHP version: 4.3.10
Graphics Toolkit: ImageMagick
Operating system: Linux 2.4.28

Sorry - the gallery version should be gallery2-2005-02-19

Can you look in your access log and find the request that generated the 405 response and post that here? It'll help us to figure out what the applet is trying to do when it gets the error. thanks!
