Timeout during upload from local server

I experience reproducable timeouts when I try to add pictures to an album from the local file system. The timeout occurs after one minute. Some picture files have been uploaded into the album directory (as many as can be uploaded in 1 min) but the database has no record of the new pictures. I use Gallery 2-a4, pictures just below 1MB each and it happens whether I check "create thumbnails" or not. Do you have any suggestions how I can debug this? I reckon some call to extend the timeouts doesn't work or something.. |

Do you see anything in your Apache error logs? It's possible that you're hitting a memory limit, too.
Try upgrading to the latest nightly snapshot from here and
see if that resolves your problem for you. We've made a
lot of improvements since the alpha-4 release and may well
have resolved this problem already.
