Deleting error? Mamo and Gallery, help!!

My gallery 1.44 pl5 or something verson ran fine until i accidentally over-written on my mambo(4.5.1a)'s index.php file. I restored the file to an original file, but after that gallery stopped working once it tried to view a specific photo. Heres my site: http://www.pencil-surgery.com/index/index.php?option=com_gallery&Itemid=52 Try to view a photo and you'll see it just sits there. BUT if you goto my gallery directly: http://www.pencil-surgery.com/index/gallery/ It works fine!!!! and always has.... I backed up my gallery and upgraded to the 1.44 pl6 something version as told by the documentation, that went well, but i see no changes. I tried downloading the 1.5 version but none of the servers host the file. Quote:
