block-random-enhanced.php, gallery v1, mambo 4.5.1

This error appears randomly on my site where i have the module configured, see below. I have checked permissions on my albums, still cannot figure it out. It does not appear using the regular block-random.php BUT i cannot resize the images using that code, hence the enhanced version.

Anyone else have this problem or know what (randomly) causes it?
