Random Block? What Random Block?

I am looking to add a random pick to my site homepage. I searched the forums and read all about tweaking the Random Block, But cant find where to get it from? Is it released in a specific Gallery version or can I download it sepretly to integrate it into my existing one?

it is included in Gallery 1.5, there is also a different, and better version that can be found in the downloads of nukedgallery.net
