Read this if you use local templates to customize your G2:

Our old deprecated name format for local templates (*.tpl.local in the same directory as *.tpl) is now removed from the codebase.
You must rename these to the new naming convention, local/*.tpl (same filename as original file, in a subdirectory called "local").

This doesn't seem to work for the templates/layout.css.php so I changed the /layout/lvthunder/layout.css.php to point it to templates/local/layout.css.php.
