Title/Name Fields for Photos When Uploading Zip Archives

I'm okay with just doing a one-off customization here, if I could just find the code that causes this, but I've noted that uploading zip archives of photos that the "Title" field for each and every image in the archive is the filename of the zip archive itself. The "Name" field is populated with the photo name, and I would prefer that either that same information be populated into Title or that the Title field just remain blank... Not sure if this counts as a bug or if it's simply just a feature, but any help is appreciated... :D

don't bother filing a bug now.. i just committed the fix to cvs. thx.
