Fresh install cvs problem

Tried a fresh install of the current cvs and am running into a prob. Anyone seen this before? It just keeps repeating while downloading, and after long abounts of time won't download.

Sometimes anon cvs gets mucked up, you basically have two choices... wait or use a nightly build :)

It's still locked. I've been trying since early yesterday to update from cvs but I keep getting the locked error. Looks like that file has been locked for over 15 hours so far. Is there any way to clear the lock?
