Album images?

Is there a way to display a stock image (say, a folder or album image) vs using a "highlight" image?

Doh..

I see that there is a way to upload a custom thumbnail image for the album..

Perhaps it would make sense to have a default album or folder image that you can have for all folders/albums that is enabled via a simple checkbox or pull down..??
