Error: HTTP POST Failed HTTP 404 Not found

I'm running Gallery 1.5 integrated in Mambo 4.5.1a (with all patches).

Creating new galleries is fine.
Uploading single images is fine.
Using remote installe don my desktop is fine.
Integration works fine.

BUT when logged into Mambo and I attempt to use the Remote applet (big or small) I get the following error:
Error: HTTP POST Failed HTTP 404 Not found

I looked at the logs and there are no messages.

Any ideas?

OK, there are errors (I was looking in the wrong log)

it's looking for a file in ../gallery/com
and ../gallery/mysitename

Neither of these folders exist!

What's going on? Any ideas?
