.users and lost password

Hi all
I have a problem with permissions and users.

After a backup and restore gallery and albums i cannot loggin as admin or as other user.
How i can retrive my lost passwords?
Can you repeat me the right permissions pls?

Riupped .users folder and reset chmod

upload your .user folder and reset the gid and the uid.
if not premitted by ftp, do it by a php sscript ;)
