Tag based album reordering/creating module (request)

Hi

I have been using del.icio.us (website is del.icio.us )for my bookmarks and have seen flickr.com albums which are tag based systems instead of hirearchial systems. I was wondering if someone is working on a module to implement a tag based system for G2. i.e a user can add tags to the various photos he has access to and then the module automatically creates new albums based on the tags ?
