Upload Applet display problem for IE 6

	When I add new items by using Upload Applet in IE6, the Applet will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. However, if I use the Applet in Firefox, it can be displayed properly, right after the tab of "Upload Applet". Could anyone know why? My system: IE6.0.2900 Firefox 1.0 release G2 Alpha 4

	Oy. This is some weirdness in the IE rendering engine. I have no clue. Does anybody out there have any idea what's going wrong here?
