Were is the galleryLogo_sm.gif tag located

I want to replace the galleryLogo_sm.gif which is the Gallery logo in the top left hand corner.

I want to change the gif and make it a link. I would just rename the file I want to replace it with, but that does not help me in making it a link.

I have had a look around and can not seem to find a tag that relates to file in any of the files.

Any help or suggestions would be apreciated.
