What can we use the RSS link for?

	Hi, Sorry to be ignorant, but on my installed gallery pages there is a red square "RSS" button/link that spits out what I think is XML code. Which I'm sure is really useful to someone. My question is who? What good is this and what is it used for and can I use it in some cool way to enhance my usage of gallery? 	People with an RSS reader can subscribe to be notified when your Gallery changes through the RSS feed. Also Firefox has something called Live Bookmarks which also displays changes through reading an RSS feed. Google for it, you'll be amazed how many resources are out there explaning this.
