Ok, im sure im blind, but yet I cannot see how to install this.... is this something I need direct access to the server (im using PowWeb) ... Im ok with figuring out what I need to do, yet this one has me wondering.

Any direction would be great.

you need the ffmpeg binary on your server (http://ffmpeg.sourceforge.net/) then you can install the ffmpeg G2 module and tell it where the binary is.
/usr/local/bin/ffmpeg is a good guess for powweb, if they have it already.
