Can't registry a new user!

I can't registry a new user. Can you help me?
this is the problem:

Error (ERROR_STORAGE_FAILURE)

activate buffered debug output in config.php and try again.. look near the bottom of the debug output and find the database error.. post that here.
also, it would help if you gave some of the info that was requested in the template for a new topic... (php,db,etc...)

Please help!
I have the exact same failure (see below) although email were send out to registered user (but not the administrator email).
