Translation doesn't effect content?

Hello, I was wondering if someone could just let me know if I am correct, or if I've simply installed the language pack wrong. Does the language package translate anything written in captions or descriptions, or only the core stuff for Gallery? how should Gallery translate your captions ? ;-)
Gallery is no online translator like Babelfish.
Just the phrases that come from Gallery itself are translated.
i looked at your site and the french works fine.

Ah well, too bad. It would be cool if there were some way to interface to Babelfish or something so thjat the content could be translated too!
