Support for importing

I love gallery and gallery remote!

It would complete things for me to have the ability to import photos and their descriptions etc from other applications (I use ACDSee). I thought about writing a program for translating the ACDSee db XML into the GRG format, but I figured there may be another way?

Is a plugin architecture or an importing feature forseen anytime in the near future?
