User groups and permissions

Suggest giving permissions by user groups. Eases permission settings if you have many users to various albums and want to group them. And also a type of user, that is a shared account, used by a few people. Usually needed when you wish to share an album with a group of friends, but too lazy to create accounts for all of them. For this user, would also like to suggest that they are allowed to key in their names when posting comments. Makes more sense this way than comments all by the same username. |

The second portion of your request is already available - in the config wizard, allow registered users to change their name when commenting.
Groups support is not currently planned for G1. G2 is on the horizon, and already has full user and group support.
