Offline captioning

I'm a user with the occasional broadband connection but more routine dialup. I'd love a way that I could upload my photos when I have the broadband but then do my captions and custom fields offline and upload those later, rather than spending time online using the captionator. Is that something that is possible as it stands, or is this a feature request?

I think that the Gallery remote developer has had this in mind, but it has not been implemented yet.

Hmm. I do my uploads always via modem connection and I prepare my photos offline, add a captions.csv with this syntax:

Filename; Title; Description

Put this captions file in the directory of the photos and upload all of them (via URL)...

Just my 2 cent, not exactly what you are asking for, but maybe helpful.
