Problem with Scrolling Images Block

Give us your Gallery/webserver information to get a faster answer.
Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).
Gallery URL (optional but very useful): www.dwarf.it/modules/gallery
Gallery version: v1.4.4-pl4
Graphics Toolkit: Image Magik
Operating system: Linux
Web browser/version (if applicable): Explorer

Sometimes instead of the block with scrolling images this lines gets out

Error: Requested index [0] out of bounds [3]
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /web/htdocs/www.dwarf.it/home/modules/gallery/classes/Album.php on line 1258

as I refresh the page the block return normal and I don't see it anymore, but it keeps happening...

yes the scrolling images block
go on the site it's the first block to the right

well actually the block comes with the gallery....
