Is there a Random Black that can be used without an i-frame under phpNuke?

The i-frames with their white background really look bad in my theme. And if you have several themes to choose, it does not help to change the background of the i-frame to another color. Can't you use css in the i-frames?

Is there a working solution to include a random block without an i-frame. The phpNuke blocks do not seem to accept php-codes. I can use <? include ("...")?> in a .php-site but not in a phpNuke block.

So is there a way to use the random-blocks without an i-frame?
