Capture and file dates

Hello all,

When uploading pictures, gallery sets the file date to the upload date. I'd like an option to keep the file date the same as the original.

Also (I realise this may sound funny), it would be nice to have an option to set the capture date to the (original) file date, if there's no exif data present in the image. This is the case with scanned pictures, and this way I'd get at least the year right most of the time.

There should be a possibility to edit the capture dates in bulk, much like the "Edit captions" command in the Admin options menu.
