Is there an easier way to moderate comments?

I run a largely popular gallery, and there are a lot of sexual/cussing comments left on the site...

Is there any addins for moderating this stuff?

Me too, you can turn off permissions for comments on a per album basis but this is no help. As of 2006 seems like there is still not simple moderation functionality in Gallery 2.0 :(
