Mozilla, and my degrading upgrade

I'd been happily running 1.3-cvs-rc2 for a while, and finally noticed 1.3.1 was available. Once I installed it, nothing would appear in the browser (Mozilla, Linux). I spent a whole day scouring server logs, code, and the entrails of assorted small animals, but could not get the gallery to actually display in the browser. "View Source" always showed no hint of any gallery code, just whatever page was last loaded successfully. Eventually, I tried from my Win XP box with Mozilla and IE, and voila, Gallery seems just fine. I felt so humiliated. There appears to be some kind of bizarre quirk with Gallery and Mozilla 1.1a and 1.1b on Linux.

That sucks! I don't test with that browser; if you can figure out what's going wrong please let us know.

Using Gallery 1.3.1 (I've never used Gallery prior to yesterday), some quick tests show that Mozilla 0.99 - Mozilla 1.1 don't do the Gallery login transition correctly regardless of OS (IE and RH 7.3) (or maybe it's vice versa.) Konqueror/RH7.3, Opera 6.05/WXP, IE 6/WXP, Galeon/RH 7.3 (under gnome) work fine.

Mozilla under WXP, RH 7.3 fails as described above.

Intriguingly, Galeon works for me under KDE, but fails undrer Gnome.
