1st time install - config seems to almost work but....

I'm installing Gallery 1.4.4-pl2 on my web system.

After installing the files via FTP and setting the chmods I'm getting this error message at the top of all the config web pages.

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/d/webs/mytriops.com/htdocs/gallery/config.php:3) in /home/d/webs/mytriops.com/htdocs/gallery/lib/lang.php on line 342

all other items say success.

I've only installed the default. No other lanqs.

Also....
When I go through the Steps , I get to step 4 and see this one error:

Error: Missing value: Temporary directory!

But no info on how to correct this.

Ok, I've corrected the temp dir error. My mistake! :oops:

I've now gotten through to saving the config file and after looking at http://mytriops.com/gallery/ I no longer see the reported 'Warning' at the top of the page.

Does this mean the lang.php errors have gone?
Must be a bug in 1.4.4 then?
