Better Video Support?

Hi! I'm planning to get a digital camcorder. Is there better video support available through a plugin or one of the latest versions of gallery? What I'm specifically thinking about is to automatically add a frame of the video as the thumbnail for the video in question. Is such a feature available through gallery or a (extended) gallery remote client? If not, can you suggest alternative thumbnail gallery website applications which have such a feature? Thanks, |

At this point, it seems unlikely that G1 will ever get that. The good news is that G2 already has a module that handles this!
