gr will not create new album

when i try to create a new album in my g2-grand theft photo gallery i get an error server contacted but gallery not found at domain.com/main.php. remote log is attached. gr is latest version, works ok with 1.4.1.b4 but have lost my zip of the files, if anyone has a copy can they message me, thank you.
