Random Block only shows URL

I don't know what I'm doing wrong...I can get this block working fine via the URL: But I can't get it in a block. I followed the directions and made an HTML block with the URL, and it only shows the URL, or if I use PHP Inclide statements, it does nothing at all. Any help would be appreciated. http://www.noccruisers.com is the URL. |
