Hey. Why not make an separate forum for us "loosers" who run this config. So it finally can be sorted out how to make an "work" allways installation of gallery. And even, give support on it too. :smile: /Christian |

you're talking about gallery 2, right?
while we're at it, we could create a separate forum for problems with imagemagick, netpbm, zip, unzip, ..
and maybe for platform problems related to mod_security.
etc.
it's not a bad idea, we just decided to go with another approach. a single installation forum, a single troubleshooting forum.
it makes sense to have different forums, but having too many forums makes it hard to find the correct forum as well.
some gallery 1 user post their problems in the gallery 2 forums because they don't scroll down to the gallery 1 forums.
i guess the solution are better docs and ensuring that users find them. and that's something we're planning to do since a long time. but work get's done a little slow sometimes. eventually we'll get there.
