I know watermarking is already on the list for 2.1 but I would like to propose this feature, and/or see if there is currently some easy way of doing this in Gallery 1x. Or if someone has a better suggestion for me on how to solve the problem. Photographer goes on shoot comes back, downloads hires photos to hard drive, uses Remote to upload to a new album. Problem: hires is immediately available and not watermarked to anyone who wants to steal photographers images. Hires takes up tons of space on web server. My solution: add another step, resize and watermark all original hires images using altalasoft.com "Eyebatch", reupload the photos into a new album and delete entire old album, and/or the same album and then delete the old hires images.
