change time zone and remove IP address from comments?

how can I: (a) change the time zone? I'm in the GMT time zone, so gallery reporting in EST is a bit of pain (b) in the comments the IP addres of the client or proxy is shown. is there a way to either just get this to show when logged in as admin, if not, how about just removing it all together? :/ |
