Forum Theme is too dark!

	The dark grey color of the forum theme is very dark is extremely hard to read the black text on it. My monitor is probably just getting a little dark, but it seems quite hard to read. Also, I don't really even have a choice as even the option to change the forum theme in my profile does not work.

	I lightened it up a little bit. Let me know if it's still not legible.

	almost... the color you changed the top bar to be is fine, but the author and last post column are still that dark color. Thanks!
