I really like the mass download from a directory feature of Gallery, but I am wondering is there a standalone program that is out there that does the same? of if it is hard to make one? Thanks,

Want do you mean exactly? every heard of wget?

well i mean is there a php script like the one in the mass upload part of Gallery. One that you will be able to input the url to leech from and it dumps it to a local dir on my server.
