Is there a way to put photos onto the album if you already have them uploaded to your ftp instead of uploading them again? |

Sure... just enter the full path to the directory on the Add Photos popup page rather than a URL. But this will copy the photos to the albums directory. You'll want to delete the originals afterwards so you don't have duplicates.
