Locale issue - looks like a bug?

Hi All

There are 2 aspects that sound like a bug:-
The changing position of the language dropdown box.

And the date & time issue.

What version of Gallery are you running and does it show the correct date & time on comments for your location. I have been reassured by my host that the server has en_GB locale as defined by locale -a installed (presumably others or else the translations would not show).

If this is a bug in 1.4.1 pl1 is there a hack to correct it or will it be fixed in 1.4.2 and is it worth using one of the RCs or waiting for the "final" (due soon???)

Give us your Gallery/webserver information to get a faster answer.
Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).

i am Jens and responsible for all language/locale related code in Gallery 1.

At the moment i am a littly busy.

Is it possible that you send me (via mail: jems at gmx dot de, or via PN) an URL to your Gallery in config mode ?
