Random Block 2 errors, but not for all visitors ?

Hello, my name is Ena I have my volleyball site built with PHPnuke.

Everything looks nice, but some members are getting some errors that my father couldnt fix for me !
Since error is not on all computers I am attaching 2 screen shoots where error can beee seen !
