Xoops gallery NETPBM check error

I have the following error when i do a netpbm check with xoops gallery module:

Checking /usr/bin/pnmfile
Error! (Expected status: 0, but actually received status: 126)

Checking /usr/bin/pnmflip
Error! (Expected status: 0, but actually received status: 126)

Checking /usr/bin/pnmrotate
Error! (Expected status: 0, but actually received status: 126)

Checking /usr/bin/pnmscale
Error! (Expected status: 0, but actually received status: 126)

Checking /usr/bin/pnmtopng
Error! (Expected status: 0, but actually received status: 126)

Checking /usr/bin/ppmquant

Checking /usr/bin/ppmtogif

What is wrong? can someone help me?

Anyone else know what to do with the 126 error?

I'm getting the same thing and not sure what a fix may be.
