how do i get captions with random block? (standalone)

i download the random block from the transit gallery page and I am using it on my standalone site, but the captions dont appear with the pictures like i have seen on some sites.... anybody have any pointers for me? here's my site: http://www.tmphillips.com/gallery/albums.php
