I hate to ask a question that may have already been answered... I *did* search the forums first, got lots of hits with the above keywords but none of which seemed to address my need except for the unusable wget solution.
My end-users are going to need to be able to download a bunch of pictures all at once. Maybe a subset of an album, maybe the whole album.
Is this present? Planned? Considered?
Using 'wget' isn't a solution. Some of my end-users will be consultants and clients for whom I won't be able to teach how to use wget. And also bosses who sign my paycheck.
Que?

the solution is to use .zip on all your images.

Just to help clarify this for folks who are still having trouble 'getting' this (as I was):
Make sure people can add images or whole albums to the 'cart'.
In my case, this meant Everyone had to be able to see the _parent_ album as a group permission, to make it easier to add the whole album to the cart.
Then, one of the cart options was to "download in zip" to transfer all of the images to your local computer in a .zip file archive.
I had made the mistake of assuming that 'cart == money' when in this case it's just an effective way to group and select images for download.
HTH!
