(e-xoops) but the "Random picture block" don't wor

I have install xgalerie (e-xoops) but the "Random picture block" don't work normaly... it dosen't ramdom image. and not randmom album...
What apend ? the image and album is Fixed.
I have phhpsuexec on my serveur is it the probleme ?
