[Newbie] How to embed my gallery in a simple site.

Hello my gallery friends,

last week end I installed gallery on my site, I am so stunned how this programm is evoluted....

I have a question for you guys, after reading different faqs and howtos i realized that i would never understand how to embedd my gallery into my site because there is to many things i still do not know, so please try to help me.

and i would like to insert my gallery with the stile of my homepage in the table youll see on the page ( i have marked the spot)... Is there an easy answer to this question ?
